Dining News Call For Submissions

Dear San Diego Culinary Partners: Our team regularly pitches the editorial staff of regional, national and international publications to generate favorable coverage of San Diego as a leisure travel and meeting & convention destination. Every three months, we send out a press release to national dining media highlighting the "Hot News" in San Diego’s culinary scene. The next edition is slated to go out this month to more than 200 travel and food writers. If you have anything you think might have the potential for inclusion, please email me the details at kbuska@sdcvb.org. I would prefer a press release but can work with a short, detailed description. Please keep in mind that this will be distributed to long lead contacts. We need big picture information on new restaurants (opened since May 2009 or on the horizon), chef changes, major culinary events, promotions, menu overhauls or hot trends in the region. Deadline for submissions is COB, Friday Aug. 14. Due to space restrictions, we may not be able to use all submissions.
