General Responsibilities:

Highly passionate, self-motivated, proactive sales manager to lead Conference Services Team and a Site Inspection Sales Manager for maximum effectiveness in planning, preparing, and conducting customer site inspections for the highest conversion rates possible for the SDCVB and the destination. 

Personally conduct highly energized and informed site inspections on behalf of the remote sales directors, as well as strategically monitoring the on-going improvement of the site process internally, and externally garnering support from the member hotels and venues.  

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have prior experience in hotel/hospitality/destination management sales experience, as well as experience managing a team. Tremendous people skills and communication skills are a must. 

Salary range minimum:
$4,048 monthly
