Services Coordinator
POSITION: Services Coordinator DIVISION: IT & Operations DEPARTMENT: Information Technology REPORTS TO: VP of IT & Operations General Responsibilities: Manage the day to day activity of the Member Services Department and supervise a part time processor for the centralized order entry team for the organization. Assist in developing the plans and processes required to achieve operation’s goals and objectives. Facilitate the day to day activities of the Customer Service/Order Entry Department. Support account executives and coordinate payments with Finance. Provide performance and progress reports and analysis to the customer operations team. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures, including system changes. Requirements: Candidate must have 3+ years experience in back office processing environment and procurement. Strong knowledge and experience working with Oracle is required. Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Cvent knowledge is a plus. Previous supervisory experience is also required.
