Despite its singular name, bill is a band made up of three members: Dave, Curt & Jon. Not a Bill among them. They’ve been writing and performing together for over ten years, about three of them here in San Diego. “I'd say that as a result of living here we've incorporated a lot more reggae/ska elements into some of our songs than we would have otherwise,” notes Dave. Their favorite local bands include B-Side Players, Dirty Sweet, Get Back Loretta and Pinback. As fans of the local music scene, they single out the Belly Up as a great place to see acts, “Great sound, very nice venue. Plus Pizza Port is right down the street... great food, better beer!" They enjoy spending time outside in the famous San Diego sun, and have this to say about being musicians in America’s Finest City, “San Diego seems to have a good diversity of music.
