BURNT
The members of Burnt met four years ago while attending UCSD. In the last year they’ve spent their time living and working out of a store-front studio in North Park, creating music and innovative kitchen-less cooking techniques. Their sound combines a little bit of college jam band, party band, and a progressive sound that is inspired by their work with environmental organizations like Wildcoast, based in Imperial Beach. Living in San Diego allowed the band to grow in these eclectic directions because of the city’s musical diversity. When asked where they love to see other San Diego bands, “House Parties, House Parties, House Parties.
