What is the 59 Mile Scenic Drive?The 59 Mile Scenic Drive allows travelers to take in all of the must-see places in San Diego. The route can be driven in approximately three hours, but please allow additional time for sightseeing and dining delights along the way. What is the admission cost to the San Diego Zoo?We suggest you contact the Zoo directly for pricing specific to your group. However, an insider's note, October is Kids Free Month at the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and all children ages 11 and under will be admitted free (Please contact the Zoo directly for group requirements).

Do the museums in San Diego ever have a "free" day?Admission prices vary by museum, but several of the museums in Balboa Park offer free admission on varying Tuesdays of each month. The following is a list of the free Tuesdays available in Balboa Park*:

The Timken Museum of Art is always free. *Some museums may offer complimentary admission to their permanent collections only and charge admission to special exhibitions or films.San Diego Air and Space Museum's Da Vinci exhibit requires a separately priced ticket.
