Kids will also enjoy creative activities from the Children's Museum which involve painting a large mural and from the San Diego Museum of Art where they will be able to make books and paint them, put together a giant 8'x20' jigsaw puzzle and dress up in period costumes.

Transportation/Parking
Over 70,000 people are expected to attend this lively event. While free parking and pay lots are available throughout the area, it is strongly recommended that you take the Trolley to the County Center/Little Italy stop. This stop is steps away from Beech St.,
where the first artist tents are located. The Old Town Trolley will be running free shuttles
throughout the event and stopping at key points.
Take a stroll along San Diego's spectacular Embarcadero area to view some very unusual and whimsical landscaping - all part of the Port of San Diego's Public Art Program. Urban Trees 2 is a free exhibition of 30 sculptural artworks based on a tree theme. Standing gracefully in planters, these fanciful trees are made of such materials as steel, fabric, PVC piping, fiberglass, laminated glass and wood, and Swarovski crystals. Designs range from an elegant tree designed to catch, reflect and refract light with Swarovski crystals to a playful tree with multiple pairs of shoes growing out of it.
Location: Embarcadero area on Harbor Drive (from Broadway Pier to Hawthorn Street)
