Sterling Rose Transportation is proud to support smooth jazz artist Richard Elliot and his band who will be performing a live concert on Saturday February 25, 2012 at Center for the Arts, Escondido. Proceeds will benefit the L.R. Green Educational Foundation. Doors will open at 6:30 pm for an exciting silent auction with cocktails and refreshments available. The concert will begin at 8:00 pm with a live auction to take place during intermission. Tickets are available for $35 and $50. A VIP ticket upgrade is available for $35 and includes admission to an After Party hosted by Rick. Assorted desserts will be served. Richard. Steve Levin, President of Sterling Rose is the Event Sponsor Chair, and Heidi Levin is the Event Chairperson. The L.R. Green School is located in Escondido and is not subject to receiving many of the federal funds that most other schools receive. The L.R. Green Educational Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization was created in 2001 for the purpose of raising money for programs and computers to benefit the students at the school. Since its inception, the Foundation has raised more than $500,000 to fund art and music programs, as well as computers and media carts for every classroom. Over 98% of the funds received are sent back into our children's classrooms.
