A free community art event featuring more then 50 of San Diego’s leading artists gathering to display their talent on the streets of the Gaslamp, and in the famed entertainment district’s art galleries, restaurants, shops and rooftop hotel lounges.
Three events fit into the Gaslamp Quarter’s Artist Showcase, a visual art adventure throughout the ever-popular Gaslamp Quarter. Themed activities include: the “Reflection” Outdoor Art Show; the “Spyglass” Art Exhibit inside Gaslamp businesses; and the “Kaleidoscope” Tour of Fine Art, Fine Wine and Fine Spirits.
Attendees viewing the Kaleidoscope Tour can also purchase a $10 ticket to sample fine wine and sprits at 10 art galleries and hotel rooftops during the event. An anticipated 5,000 attendees is expected for this event.
The event is sponsored by the City of San Diego Commission for Arts & Culture and Southern Wine & Spirits.
