The Shores Restaurant is bringing back the popular
Ocean Garden Sustainable Mexican Shrimp tasting menu during the month of November. This unique menu, created by executive chef, Bernard Guillas, and chef de cuisine, Augie
Saucedo, features Ocean Garden sustainable Mexican shrimp and wine pairings from vineyards and wineries that are committed to sustainable agriculture and winemaking
practices.
The four-course menu will be available every Friday and Saturday during the month of November from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cost for the four-course menu with wine pairings is $55 per person (tax, gratuity and additional beverages not included). The menu is also offered without wine pairings for $35 per person (tax, gratuity and beverages not included). The regular dinner menu will also be available.
