Attention girls in grades 5 through 8...
Join us on the second Saturday of each month to investigate exciting science topics. Each Saturday session will be filled with new challenges, hands-on activities and interaction with local women scientists. Throughout the year, we will explore an array of fields including biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, robotics and much more!
Saturday Science Club for Girls is held the second Saturday of the month from 12:00 - 2:00 pm
March 10 - Forensic Detectives
Who did it? Become an apprentice to Sherlock Holmes and explore various types of physical evidence in a "mock" crime scene. Collect and analyze fingerprints, hair samples and use chromatography to solve the mystery.
