Attention girls in grades 5 through 8...
Join us on the second Saturday of each month to investigate exciting science topics. Each Saturday session will be filled with new challenges, hands-on activities and interaction with local women scientists. Throughout the year, we will explore an array of fields including biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, robotics and much more!
Saturday Science Club for Girls is held the second Saturday of the month from 12 – 2 p.m.
March 12 - "Mysterious Meteorology"
How hard can it be to predict the weather in San Diego? It’s more difficult than you might think. Explore wind currents, weather fronts, precipitation, storms and more. Wrap up the day by taping your own weather forecast.
