The following is the 4-Course Valentine's Day Menu:
First Course:
Smoked Scallops on a bed of cucumber carrot slaw. Drizzled with Balsamic Reduction.
Second Course:
Baby Spring Salad tossed with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette topped with Candied Walnuts, Blue Cheese, Red and Yellow Grape Tomatoes and Sliced Cucumbers.
Third Course:
Beef Tornadoes cooked to Perfection topped with Shitake Mushrooms and Demi-Glaze OR
Jumbo Shrimp sauteed in a Classic Scampi and Fresh Herb Lemon Sauce OR
Kelly's Famous Prinme Rib Served with Rosemary Jus and Creamy Horseradish Cream.
Fourth Course:
Chocolate Rasberry Lovers Delight.
