The Truluck’s name is synonymous with the freshest Florida Stone Crab you’ve ever tasted. We operate our own crab fisheries and fleet of crabbing boats in the Gulf of Mexico near Naples, Florida, to bring succulent crab from our traps to your table in less than 24 hours.
Each week our chef updates the menu with the freshest seafood available from the fish houses of the East Coast, West Coast and Gulf Coast. We then prepare them in cooking styles covering the globe.
Our fresh-catch seafood menu is complemented by tender, juicy steaks, and a wine program featuring 100 selections by the sample, glass and bottle that has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine’s “Award of Excellence.”
