The Salvation Army Kroc Center and Young Audiences of San Diego partner to present The Family Arts and Literacy Connection series in the Kroc Center's multipurpose room located adjacent to the Education Building. These programs, for all ages, consist of a 30-minute performance and a 50-minute hands-on arts activity.
On Thursday, January 31st, the series features The San Diego State University Performing Arts Troupe and master theater artist Jerry Hager. The Enchanted Bookshoppe is the captivating story of a group of young students who find enchantment and inspiration in a magical and mysterious bookshoppe! Come along on their adventure and see where books take these students on their journey of discovery! It's a fun evening for the entire family.
Each family takes home a free book "The Music Man's Little Cellist."
