12/5/14 - 12/6/14
Learn how to create a silkscreen portrait from Museum educators Lucy Eron and Daniela Kelly in this hands-on, art-making workshop inspired by the exhibition Arnold Newman: Masterclass. Participants will experiment with the technique of silk screening and stencil making to create an iconic portrait based on a photographic image. Sip a glass of wine as you work and admire your creation when it is displayed that same evening at Helmuth Projects. Photographs will be taken on-site and all materials are included.
Light refreshments will be provided.
