Newly named as Mingei Artists-in-Residence, Camarada begins this new venture on Sunday, February 17th with Tango Nuevo (best of Piazzolla) in the beautiful and culturally rich setting of Mingei International Museum.

Mingei Museum will open its doors at 5:00 PM for docent tours and a special viewing of Make Your Own Kind of Music - The Art of Musical Instruments. San Diego's Scott Paulson will demonstrate the thrilling theramin and even let you try your hand at the instrument!

The concert will be introduced at 6:00 PM by Mingei Director Rob Sidner in the Rotunda of the museum. The performance will last slightly under 2 hours with time for mingling at intermission.
