It's that time of year again…time for A Taste of Opera! Join Dr. Nicolas Reveles, our Geisel Director of Education and Outreach, for creatively-themed pairings of delectable cuisine and exciting opera discussions at some of San Diego's hottest restaurants.
- First Course:
Hummus with pita bread (served family style)
Individual Greek salad with Dressing on the table
- Second Course Choice of:
Chicken kabob Entrée: 2 skewers of chicken kabob, basmati rice, garlic paste
Koufta kabob Entrée: 2 skewers of beef sirloin grounded with onions and parsley, hummus, rice
Combo Entrée: 1 skewer of chicken kabob, 1 skewer of koufta kabob, garlic, rice
Alaskan cod Arabiata: baked and served on a bed of arabiata salsa with rice and homos
Vegetarian plate: 2 falafels, tahini sauce, 2 dolma, baba ghanouj, 2 spinach pies, and 2 cheese pies.
