Romesco's Grilled Pear Salad: Gorgonzola, candied walnuts, arugula, mixed greens, port wine vinaigrette
- Second Course Choice of:
Roadside Ahi Tuna Tostada: Guacamole, fresh cream, mix tender greens, lettuce, mild habanero salsa, extra virgin olive oil
Taco Costilla De Res: Romesco’s slow cooked Beef short rib taco with cilantro, chopped onion and fresh salsa

Baja California Lobster Ravioli: lemon-madeira crab sauce, pine nuts, pepper oil
Chile en Nogada (A classic recipe from Puebla, Mexico): Pork tenderloin and beef filet picadillo, dried fruit and apple stuffed roasted chile Poblano, walnut sauce
