Born in San Diego in 2004, Rhythm and the Method is a family and friends band composed of front woman Rhythm Turner, lead guitarist Evan B. Turner, rhythm guitarist Papa Shawn Turner, bassist Laura Payne, drummer Lisa Viegas, and Nick "Chowda" Walsh on harmonica. Blending elements of rock, blues, and folk with dynamic lyrics and tight grooves, Rhythm and the Method deliver memorable performances that audiences of all ages can enjoy.
