Be a part of the art during a night that is as much show as it is 5K run. This 5K is transformed into an electric wonderland with one million watts of light and sound. The grounds of the fairground come alive, and so can you, using glow sticks, LEDs and whatever else your imagination can conjure up.  This race will keep you energized as music and amazing lighting effects will take your breath away.

Participants Receive:

• High-quality cotton-polly event shirts in men’s and women’s cuts

• Black-light reactive finisher medal

Participate as an individual, as a team of 4 or more, or as a centipede of 4 or more. Centipedes are like teams except that each member of the centipede will be given a LED-light rope that will be used to attach themselves to the other members of the centipede. Each race is limited to 25 centipede teams (register fast if you want to be one of them).

Finish Celebration:

The lights and sounds will kick up a notch as you cross the finish line. Neon trees, glowing arches, lasers, glowing beach balls and other lighting effects will all dance to the music celebrating your return. Stay and dance as long as you like as DJs will mix the latest tunes from the main stage.
