WiLDCOAST Marine Coordinator Diane Castaneda will speak about California's new Marine Protected Areas that were designed to improve and preserve our state's coastal resources and its habitat.
Diane received a Bachelors Degree in Communications from San Diego State University. She also received a post graduate certificate in Public Relations from the Universidad IBERO Americana in Mexico. Diane grew up in the border region of San Diego and Tijuana. She is currently the Marine Coordinator at WiLDCOAST and works on educating the community about the benefits of Marine Protected Areas to our environment, our economy and our future.
