The San Diego visitor industry is the third largest industry in San Diego County, employing more than 160,000 San Diegans. It is one of the top five leisure vacation destinations in the U.S. and a top 10 business destination as measured by visitor-days. Visitors spend $8 billion annually at thousands of businesses in the County. Transient Occupancy Taxes are taxes levied on hotel occupants and are intended to be used to promote tourism. This report shows the historic trend of TOT among San Diego County cities.
This report summarizes the carriers and flights servicing the San Diego Lindbergh Field Airport. It does not include a detailed flight schedule, rather the number of non-stops from cities, and those carriers that service those routes. For specific flight schedule information, go to www.san.org.
