San Diego Safe Destination Pledge

Happiness is Calling You Back

San Diego's tourism businesses are committed to keeping you healthy and safe during your visit.

Our Safe Destination Pledge is designed to let you know how are hotels and hospitality businesses are ensuring your health and well-being during every phase of your visit—from the airport to the hotel to dining out to visiting our beaches and other attractions.

The County of San Diego requires each business to complete and post its Safe Reopening Plan. San Diego also has clear rules in place for how to safely enjoy our beaches, bays and parks.

San Diego International Airport also has implemented its Let’s Go Safely program for travelers.

In addition, each hospitality sector that has been given the clearance to open must follow the following State of California public health guidelines:

We look forward to welcoming you back to San Diego so you can create incredible memories—safely.
