The San Diego Tourism Authority is investing in the future of its digital ecosystem by building a new website and MemberNet upon a new technological foundation that better serves travelers, event professionals, members and our community. With a focus on personalization, innovation, accessibility, and a clean and engaging user experience, we’re enhancing our strong digital ecosystem to keep pace with evolving technology and consumer behavior. Key enhancements include AI-powered search, multilingual support, and data-driven content improvements to engage visitors at every stage of their journey. These updates will strengthen SanDiego.org’s position as the official travel resource for the San Diego region, inspiring travel and driving demand to economically benefit the region.
The new SanDiego.org and MemberNet is scheduled to be publicly available mid-July 2025.
As we prepare for the launch of the hub of the SDTA’s new digital ecosystem, content - including your business’ profiles, events and offers - will be imported into the new content management system and MemberNet starting May 1, 2025. Any content published through the current MemberNet on and after May 1st will be displayed on the current site but will not be imported to the new website.
Here is What You Need to Do Before May 1st
You will still have access the current MemberNet and ExtraNet to update content for the current site, pay invoices and update businesses data. Any content published through the current MemberNet on and after May 1st will not be imported to the new website but will display on the current website.
