First Course - Smoked Salmon Tostada paired with Upside Dawn Golden Ale
house citrus cured and smoked salmon with capers, pickled onion, aji amarillo, and shaved radish
Second Course - Kale Salad paired with Run Wild IPA

Third Course - Local Catch paired with Free Wave Hazy IPA
achiote marinated whitefish with steamed black barley, braised artichoke, and asparagus topped with blood orange chutney
Fourth Course - Hazelnut Mocha Cup paired with All Out Stout

Serves 2. Reheating instructions will be included. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from MIHO Catering Co. in Kearny Mesa, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence.

Local Delivery Radius is 30 Miles from MIHO in Kearny Mesa - Must show valid ID to receive the delivery. The delivery window is 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, January 22.
If you select a Pickup Ticket, your beer dinner will be available at MIHO in Kearny Mesa (4696 Ruffner St Suite A, San Diego, CA 92111) between 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, January 22.
