First Course - SPANISH OCTOPUS PANTESCA paired with DOMESTIQUE Blonde Ale
grilled octopus, roasted pee wee potatoes, heirloom cherry tomatoes, green olives, capers, shaved red onion, sherry vinegar, and fresh herbs
Second Course - SHAVED ROOT VEGETABLE SALAD paired with BONESHAKEUR New Zealand Pilsner
mizuna, red frill, pickled yellow beets, kohlrabi, rainbow carrots, radish, mint, and toasted pepitas with a pink peppercorn vin
Third Course - LOCAL WHITEFISH paired with LOWRIDEUR Low-Calorie Juicy IPA
bucatini, confit baby fennel, spigarello broccoli, and black mussels with saffron brodo and tarragon

Serves 2. Reheating instructions will be included. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from Rouleur in Carlsbad, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence.

For Delivery, add $10, which is included in the Delivery Ticket option.
Order by Monday, 2/15 at 12 PM for Friday, February 19 (pickup or local delivery).
Local Delivery Radius is 30 Miles from MIHO in Kearny Mesa - Must show valid ID to receive the delivery. The delivery window is 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 19.
If you select a Pickup Ticket, your beer dinner will be available at Rouleur Brewing Company between 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 19.
