Join us for a virtual beer dinner with culinary guest MIHO Catering Co. and experimental, fermentation-focused craft brewery White Labs Brewing Co.! White Labs is known for its unique tasting room experience where guests get to explore their senses and try the same beer with different yeast strains! This dinner will take your palate on a ride through 4 different beers, paired with an outstanding 4-course meal. We hope you enjoy what we have prepared for you, and possibly learn a thing or two in the name of science!
First Course // KALE & KUMQUAT with DARK LAGER (WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast)
baby kale, chicory, pickled kumquat, pomegranate, shaved spring onion, toasted cashews, and cambazola cheese, with maple date vinaigrette
Second Course // BLACKENED BEEF CARPACCIO with DARK LAGER (WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast)
all natural beef, golden sauerkraut, chile oil, maldon salt
Third Course // LAMB TAJIN with BETTER HAZE AHEAD (WLP518 Opshaug Kveik Ale Yeast)
all-natural lamb braised with tomatoes, apricots, ras el hanout spices. served with israeli couscous, charred green onion chutney, and fennel & lemon preserve slaw
Fourth Course // SPICED CAKE WITH POACHED PEAR paired with FRANKENSTOUT (96 Yeast Strains)

Serves 2. Reheating instructions will be included. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from White Labs, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence.

For Delivery, add $10, which is included in the Delivery Ticket option.
Order by Monday, February 8 at 12 PM for Friday, February 12 (pickup or local delivery).
Local Delivery Radius is 30 Miles from MIHO in Kearny Mesa - Must show valid ID to receive the delivery. The delivery window is 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 12.
If you select a Pickup Ticket, your beer dinner will be available at White Labs between 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 12.
