On weekends in October, SeaWorld San Diego will get you in the Halloween spirit with its popular Halloween Spooktacular event. Join in the fun of this family-friendly event, where kids are encouraged to dress in costume and go on a sea-inspired adventure throughout the park. In between trick-or-treating, they can dance the day away with funny characters like Tabitha Taffy and Timothy Toffee and take in Halloween-themed shows like Seamore & Clyde's Big Halloweeen Bash and Who Said Boo?!, featuring popular Sesame Street characters like Elmo and The Count.
Where can kids meet some spooky and not-so-spooky animals? Dance the day away with funny friends like Tabitha Taffy and Timothy Toffee? And trick-or-treat in a sea-inspired atmosphere? It's all part of SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular, where kids can dress up in their Halloween best and go on a sea-inspired adventure throughout the park. Festivities are geared for kids 12 years and under, who are invited to come in costume and enjoy all the festivities on Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 24 to Oct. 30, 2016.
Families won't want to miss SeaWorld's Halloween-themed shows, including Clyde & Seamore's Big Halloween Bash and Sesame Street's Who Said Boo?!
New this year will be a themed area celebrating Dia de los Muertos, where colorful papel picado flags, vibrant Ofrendas and large Catrinas will invite guests to learn about and take part in the festivities of this traditional Mexican holiday.
