September Supper Club

Featuring Bols Genever

Prohibition, the Gaslamp Quarter’s underground speakeasy located at 548 Fifth Ave., is getting crafty with supper, and cocktails, with an exclusive, four-course Supper Club dinner paired with cocktails made with Bols Genever on Monday, Sept. 17.

Styled as a “reverse pairing” dinner, GBOD Hospitality Group’s beverage director, Ryan Andrews, will craft four unique cocktails for the evening, each made with Bols Genever, which will be paired with four courses. Guests will also learn about Bols Genever and how each dish was created to complement the cocktail-forward menu.

Prohibition’s Bols Genever Supper Club is priced at $85 per person plus gratuity and will begin with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Space is limited and reservations may be made online at www.prohibitionsd.com/supper-club.
