Returning to Little Italy, for 39 years, Mission Fed ArtWalk has celebrated both visual and performing arts in San Diego. We believe art has the power to connect communities, cultivate new artistic talent and create a better quality of life for all through cultural enrichment.

For more than sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. The nearly fifty acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that make up the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch in Carlsbad, California, are in bloom for approximately six to eight weeks each year - from early March through early May - literally bringing the famous fields back to life. This annual burst of color, which has become part of the area’s local heritage, also is one of nature’s official ways of announcing the arrival of spring here in Southern California.

Hop on over to the Village for some fun in the sun! Snap a photo of the kids catching a wave with Seaport’s very own Beach Bunny. While you’re here, explore dozens of shops & eateries, and don’t forget to grab some basket-worthy treats! Happening Saturday, April 1st from 11:00am-4:00pm.

Join us every Friday for a quiet morning at the Museum! Guests who prefer less audio-visual stimulation can enjoy a quieter, sensory-friendly experience at the Museum. All video screens and flashing lightswill be turned off, all harsh lighting elements will be dimmed, and we’ll provide complementary noise blocking headphones that people may check out at the Admissions desk. All exhibit features will be turned on at 10 a.m., and guests who visit for sensory-friendly quiet mornings are welcome to stay in the Museum once standard hours of operation resume.
