To celebrate our most recent release of a beer dear to our hearts, Lief, we will be digging deep into our cellar to retrieve every vintage batch of this labor of love to share with you.
This vertical tasting will feature an educational tasting of all four batches of our Méthode Traditionnelle led by Pure Project's own Education Manager & Advanced Cicerone, Chris Leguizamon, along with co-founder and head brewer, Winslow Sawyer.
We will be pairing Lief with artisanal cheeses from Venissimo and locally made bread by our friends over at Prager Bros with spent grain from Lief's brew. This seated event will highlight different nuances of this complex beer, showcasing how it develops over time. This is truly a special event and we invite you to join us!
