Pow! Wham! Shazam! Superheroes are the stars of this year’s San Diego County Fair...from the action-packed pop culture superheroes from comic books and the silver screen, to those awe-inspiring Community Heroes we’ve found right in our own neighborhoods.

To better serve Fair guests, the San Diego County Fair is moving to a cashless payment experience. Cashless payments are safer and faster, too–avoid wait times at the gate and spend more time enjoying the Fair!

San Diego horse racing takes place where the "turf meets the surf" at the Del Mar Racetrack. Fans flock to the track each summer to wager on their favorite horses during the popular, annual Del Mar Racetrack racing season, mid-July - early-September. Be part of the magic and nostalgia of this long-time horse race tradition dating back to 1937 when Bing Crosby greeted the first guests, and Seabiscuit won by a nose in the infamous race in 1938. This season features the nation's top racehorses, trainers and jockeys, and plenty of fun in the sun.

Timed to coincide with the return of the Comin-Con 2022 in San Diego, the Maritime Museum will host an evening Sea Monster Saloon sponsored by Pusser’s Rum, Saturday, July 23rd 2022 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. for adults 21+ only, to include no host bar, sea inspired appetizers, and live music aboard Star of India.

The Sea Monster Saloon, sponsored by Pusser’s Rum, will be hosted by the Maritime Museum of San Diego aboard Star of India Saturday, July 23rd 2022 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. for guests 21 and up. Tickets include a spectacular waterfront concert by the popular San Diego blues and rock trio, Fish & the Seaweeds, Sea Monsters: Delving into the Deep Myth exhibit entry, Mai Tai specialty rum cocktail with signature event cup, sea-inspired appetizers and dessert nibbles. A no-host bar will also be available.
