Oh, how we missed you last year!

We just couldn't let another summer come and go without celebrating San Diego and all of the wonderful food & agriculture, arts & talent, business & innovation, and all-around FUN of our community.

So while we're still masked up and six-feet apart, we're rolling up our sleeves and getting back to our roots for HOME*GROWN*FUN, presented by the San Diego County Fair.

Smaller in scale than the fair and limited in attendance, HOME*GROWN*FUN will offer a taste of your fair favorites–including shopping, food concessionaires, a Ferris wheel and carousel, agricultural-themed exhibits, demonstrations, contests and "edu-tainment" designed to educate and delight families looking to get outside for some real-life, in-person and down-home fun.

Let's get growing again, San Diego!

San Diego horse racing takes place where the "turf meets the surf" at the Del Mar Racetrack. Fans flock to the track each summer to wager on their favorite horses during the popular, annual Del Mar Racetrack racing season, mid-July - early-September. Be part of the magic and nostalgia of this long-time horse race tradition dating back to 1937 when Bing Crosby greeted the first guests, and Seabiscuit won by a nose in the infamous race in 1938. This season features the nation's top racehorses, trainers and jockeys, and plenty of fun in the sun.

ArtWalk @ Liberty Station is returning to ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station on Saturday, August 7 and Sunday, August 8. This year marks 16 years of the fine arts show which brings visual arts to the historic San Diego community. With many art shows and in-person events being cancelled for most of 2020, ArtWalk celebrates the return of in-person art events and continues to serve as a symbol of hope for the art community.

Enjoy a drink with friends, family, and/or colleagues over video conference and learn something along the way!
