While we’re constantly “plugged in,” many parents find themselves more disconnected than ever before. Enter mindfulness. Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with a sense of kindness and curiosity. This workshop will introduce parents and children to the foundation of mindfulness through a variety of fun, interactive games and activities. Participants will take away useful tools and practices, which have been shown to help increase emotional regulation, impulse control and concentration, while fostering empathy, compassion and self-compassion.
This class is for parents and their children ages 5 and up.
$75 per person, includes personal journal
