Ground your intentions for the day with one hour of yoga (open to all levels). Flow into meditation and an interactive Way of Wellbeing Master Class — teaching the 6 Pillars of Transformation and Living in Flow: movement, nourishment, emotional health, meditation, sleep, and connection with nature and community. Break down The Mackay Method and learn to apply proper biomechanics for peak movement and alignment. Lastly, come to a calming close and personalize a surprise gift.
Visionary artist Alvaro Santamaria will perform live during yoga and meditation.
