Swift Boats at War in Vietnam is a compilation of thirty-eight firsthand accounts of sailors and officers who fought on the Patrol Craft Fast (PCF). These are their stories of heroism, humor and heartbreak, told in first-hand accounts and photos by the men who were there, 50 years ago.
Based on the book Swift Boats at War in Vietnam, this immersive new exhibit lets you experience their courage under fire. Weekend bay tours on a real Swift Boat are available for an additional charge.
Visitors to the Museum with general admission tickets can add a 75-minute harbor cruise aboard the PCF 816 Swift Boat for an additional $10.
Purchase tickets at the Museum ticket booth along the embarcadero or online at sdmaritime.org
