Start the new year off fresh by joining the Path to Wellness (PTW) program in January!
Inspired by the positive, healing atmosphere of Japanese garden designs, the Path to Wellness was developed by the Japanese Friendship Garden in order to promote personal wellness. The PTW program invites participants to explore the garden in order to find inner peace. The Path to Wellness focuses on several themes (such as Joy, Gratitude, Forgiveness) and through guided walks, shares how those themes are reflected in a Japanese garden.
Each PTW session includes a weekly group activity (including a guided tour of JFG, meditation, origami, and tea ceremony), as well as time for participants to explore and reflect in the Garden on their own. All participants will receive a Path to Wellness guided walk journal.
