Every Tuesday from 5pm till close, Galaxy Taco celebrates Taco Tuesday in a big way by inviting a guest chef into their kitchen to create 3 additional tacos to add to their menu for that evening.
On Tuesday, February 13, Galaxy is honored to welcome Peru’s culinary ambassador to the United States and Canada, Emmanuel Piqueras. Chef Emmanuel trained alongside one of the great masters of New Basque cuisine, Chef Juan Mari Arzak at a World’s 50 Best Restaurant. He has cooked for dignitaries, including former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, the First Lady of Peru as well as the Queen of Spain. Chef Emmanuel has lead the kitchens as Executive Chef at top restaurants across the nation and currently serves as Executive Chef/Partner of Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria in San Diego's Liberty Station.
