Every Tuesday from 5pm until close, Galaxy Taco celebrates Taco Tuesday in a big way by inviting guest chefs, mixologists and artists into their restaurant to mix up the dinner menu for the evening.
On Tuesday May 8, they'll be welcoming Steven Lona, Executive Chef of Waterbar San Diego. Lona explored various careers before diving into cooking, living by his motto "food is love". His time in the kitchen at Marche Moderne in Costa Mesa kicked off his culinary career. Steven has spent significant time consulting on a number of prominent restaurant and bar openings landing him at his current residence, Waterbar. Steven plans to utilize his dedication to supporting local farmers and fishermen to create an innovative and welcoming menu inspired by the fish markets, farms, and seasons.
