On Wednesday, June 28, George's at the Cove will be hosting a special champagne pairing dinner at California Modern, their first floor fine dining restaurant. Allie Decock, brand ambassador for Moet & Chandon and Dom Perignon, and Chef Jason Knibb of Nine-Ten Restaurant and Bar will join forces with Culinary Director and Partner, Trey Foshee and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Bautista. Together they'll prepare a four-course menu featuring six hand-selected champagnes from Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet with the chefs and learn about the menu and the pairings. Reservations are $160 per person.
