George’s Level2 will be welcoming Guest Chef Chris Osborne behind the bar for a special culinary focused take on their monthly Craft at the Cove guest bartender series.
Osborn, formerly of George’s at the Cove and Counterpoint, took over as chef de cuisine of downtown San Diego's popular Italian eatery BIGA late last year. He'll be joining George's Head Bartender/Spirits Director Stephen Kurpinsky and their talented team of mixologists for a foodie take on cocktails this month.
"I'm excited for Chris to join us," said Kurpinsky. "We'll be foraging beforehand to source ingredients in the local area to incorporate into our cocktails for the evening, as well as utilizing produce from Chino Farms. Each cocktail will highlight culinary techniques and fresh local flavors."
