Hot Diggity Dog (and cat and fish and bird)! Whether you've got a furry friend, a scaly sidekick or a feathered flock, we all agree that pets rock! They bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of love into our lives. They're our snuggle buddies, our adventure partners, and our loyal companions. This summer we'll celebrate the special bonds between humans and their pets. Join us as we turn the dog days of summer into the cat's meow with thrilling rides, challenging games, mouth-watering food, incredible exhibits, and top-notch entertainment at our Summer Pet-tacular!

Sensory Friendly Mornings offer a welcoming environment for families who benefit from a sensory-friendly experience and a quieter setting. During these special hours, the Museum opens with adjusted sound and lighting, fewer visitors, and designated sensory-break zones. Our interactive art installations are available with modifications to support diverse sensory needs, calming spaces, and optional noise-reducing headphones. Trained staff are on-site to support families and ensure a comfortable experience for all.

Due to limited capacity, advance registration is highly encouraged. Guests may stay and enjoy the Museum for the remainder of the day. Regular admission and parking rates apply.

San Diego Mission Bay Resort and San Diego Pickleball are thrilled to celebrate a new season, blue sunny skies and with an action-packed pickleball round robin for players level 2.5-3.5 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 17. Grab your paddles and your pickleball pals and join us for an afternoon of festivities including raffles, bites, beverages and beyond!

We’ll be hosting two (2) two-hour sessions (2pm - 4pm and 4pm - 6pm) on all of our courts with players on the sideline to rotate in/out to maximize playing time for all. All registered players receive a special swag bag with surprise and delights from our vendors and we’ll have drinks and snacks available for purchase along with pickleball and local vendors for sampling equipment and snacks.
