Quartyard is an Urban Park constructed from repurposed shipping containers in the East Village Neighborhood of Downtown San Diego.
What was once an 11,000 square foot vacant lot is now an eco-friendly outdoor community space, home to a coffee shop, restaurant, dog park, beer garden, music venue and a rotating assortment of food trucks. Open 7 days a week, Quartyard plays host to a number of cultural events from farmers markets to film festivals and outdoor concerts.
Quartyard's utilization of sustainable and innovative design offers San Diegans and visitors alike a unique outdoor experience unlike any currently available.
Craft Beer Garden
At last San Diego finally has a place to enjoy two of its most beloved attributes… perfect weather and craft beer. Open 7 days a week, The Quartyard Craft Beer Garden provides an outdoor commonplace for locals and visitors to gather and celebrate an array of craft beer and cocktails.
Canteen
The on site resturant, Canteen, keeps things casual for dining while mainting top quality for its food. With a diverse menu including Pizza's, Taco's, Burger's, Salad's & more your bound to find something delectiable for lunch or dinner.
Seahorse Coffee
Seahorse Coffee is the resident caffeine purveyor of Quartyard. Emplyee's turned owners after the move, Ashley & Chris, continue to provide something as simple as coffee in an unconventional, inviting and genuine form. Folks come back time and time again for the caffeine fix, and linger for the company.
Dog Park
In addition to the many culinary offerings, Quartyard is also home to a 1,000 square foot dog park. This park serves as an urban oasis for pups in downtown San Diego, providing some off-leash recreation in the city.
