Traffic Alert: Construction Along Harbor Drive

The City of San Diego is advising travelers planning to visit the Embarcadero or harbor areas, including Petco Park, the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, the San Diego Convention Center and nearby waterfront hotels, to plan ahead, allow extra time, find alternate routes or use public transportation due to construction along Harbor Drive.

All attractions and hotels remain accessible; however traffic flow from Park Boulevard to Beardsley Street (south of San Diego Convention Center) on Harbor Drive is reduced to one lane in both directions. Drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians should follow all posted signage and detours. Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained.
