2021 U.S. Open Championship
The 2021 U.S. Open marks the third USGA championship for the South Course and the second time it will play host to the national championship.

ArtWalk at ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station brings fine art outside under San Diego's sunny skies to create the perfect viewing art under natural light and purchase artwork directly from the finest artists in the region.

Experience Bike the Bay, a scenic bayside ride, and also enjoy a rare opportunity to ride over the San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge.

It's a 3-day extravaganza for the whole family! An international competition among World Master Sand Sculptors plus artworks in glass, wood, metal, ceramics, gemstones, fabric and mixed media for personal use and home and garden. Also, there will be live entertainment (big bands, singers and more), a sand box and rides for kids, a dozen gourmet food trucks and a great view of the bay.

Go wild at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park this summer! Summer Safari presented by Groupon brings later hours and more fun. Walk among kangaroos and wallabies at the newest habitat, Walkbout Australia, and hear a didgeridoo played. Enjoy guitar music, roaming jugglers and magicians, and summer food and drink specials throughout the Park.

The Sesame Street Party Parade is marching Sesame Street excitement throughout SeaWorld San Diego. This colorful, musical, show-stopping parade is fun enough to get the whole family dancing.

Surf beyond your expectations as the sea comes alive at night and dive into Electric Ocean, SeaWorld's fantastic summer nighttime celebration.

Stay after dark and help us celebrate summer during Nighttime Zoo! Come "rock and roar" every day this summer with live music, fun shows, and special animal encounters. The fun begins before the sun goes down with an amazing trampoline act, Dr. Zoolittle's special performances, and African-themed entertainment for the whole family. Musicians will serenade and engage guests with tunes ranging from classic rock riffs to jaunty brass band sounds to sweet beats from throughout Africa.

Aquatica is set to make a splash for a third season with a combination of high-speed thrills, a relaxing beachside resort atmosphere, up-close animal encounters, and heated resort pools and children's attractions. Big Surf Shores, Loggerhead Lane, Slippity Dippity, Walkabout Waters and Kata's Kookaburra Cove will all be heated to a relaxing 78-80 degree temperature! Also adding to guest comfort this year are additional shade structures, shade trees, lounge chairs and dining tables.

The Padres will celebrate 50 years as Major League franchise in America's Finest City throughout 2019.

This is where music lovers gather to enjoy a picnic on the lawn, share a bottle of champagne at reserved tables, or sit in the grandstand taking in the beauty of San Diego Bay. The shimmering skyline and spectacular fireworks provide the perfect backdrop for enjoying the great San Diego Symphony and special guest artists.

Julian StarFest, a three-day festival focused around the field of astronomy, will occur in the mountain town of Julian. Julian is known for its clear dark skies and one of the best locations in Southern California for observing.

The Ramona Country Fair is a great place for family fun featuring rides, carnival games, vendors, beer and wine gardens, food, entertainment, and much more!

The Carlsbad Music Festival - Adventurous music by the beach - featuring 25+ performances in three days in the charming seaside Village of Carlsbad.

The Living Coast Discovery Center has assembled a Who's Who of San Diego's top restaurants, breweries, wineries, spirits, farms and more for a celebration of the local flavors and sustainable ingredients that make San Diego so special.
