Neil deGrasse Tyson

Neil deGrasse Tyson, an American astronomer, author, science communicator, and planetary scientist, was born on October 5, 1958. Tyson attended Harvard University, the University of Texas at Austin, and Columbia University, among other schools. He worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University from 1991 to 1994.
