Ride the Point encompasses the most picturesque natural coastline in Southern California on exclusive routes along San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Ride the Hidden, Unridden, and Forbidden Point Loma in San Diego, CA on EXCLUSIVE routes open once a year! See San Diego like you've never seen it before and the Bragging Rights that go with it!
Ride the Point was inspired by the late Jim Krause, an avid bicyclist, Rotarian, and family man. Like all of us who ride, he loved getting out there with other cyclist for a day of riding, fun and comradery. He lived life to the fullest and donated himself to the cause of finding a cure for pancreatic cancer.
We missed riding with Jim and decided in 2013 to organize Ride the Point - a ride dedicated to Jim and his passion for life. This year we are celebrating our 5th Annual Ride the Point and with your support we have donated $68,000.00 to UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. We thank each and every one of you and look forward to riding with you in this years event! We also would like to recognize Kiki Robinson who was a VIP rider the first two years, but succumbed to pancreatic cancer. Join us November 11, 2017 on an epic ride to raise money for pancreatic cancer research in memory of Jim, Kiki, and in honor of all who suffer from this terrible disease.
