ArtWalk @ Liberty Station is returning to ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8. This year marks fifteen years of the fine arts show which brings visual arts to the historic San Diego community. A symbol of hope for the community, ArtWalk is San Diego’s first art show since March and the first approved exhibition of its kind in an outdoor space.
Locals and tourists will have the opportunity to purchase artwork from more than 150 local, national and international artists who have been creating stunning pieces of work during quarantine. This year’s exhibition will also feature an art guitar auction benefiting ArtReach San Diego, a nonprofit organization aimed at increasing equity in visual arts education in K-8 schools throughout San Diego County by delivering free or low cost workshops to schools that have no other resources for art. To ensure the safety of everyone, numerous health and safety precautions have been put into place in accordance with the CDC and the San Diego Events Coalition including the requirement of facial coverings, temperature checks, frequent cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, hand-sanitizing stations and more.
