A.R. Valentien is the signature restaurant of The Lodge at Torrey Pines, a luxury resort set atop the coastal cliffs of La Jolla, California. The restaurant is a fine dining destination for fresh regional cuisine, and its sophisticated setting – seemingly one part restaurant, one part art gallery – features panoramic views of the adjacent Torrey Pines Golf Course and Pacific Ocean.

 

A.R. Valentien’s design is reflective of The Lodge’s Craftsman style architecture and boasts natural woods and leathers that create a classically elegant ambience. Inside, guests dine beside Tiffany lamps, an impressive wine cellar and a collection of artwork from Albert Robert Valentien, the California Impressionist after whom the restaurant is named.
